Long-Term Part-Time Nanny Needed
$20-25+/hour, Part Time, 22 hours/week, This will be a 2 Days/Week position 7am-6pm, on a schedule rotation.
Having recently welcomed their third child, this family is looking for nanny support for days when both Mom and Dad have work. The two older children attend school, but during summer months or no-school days, all three children will be present with the nanny. This family is very active, likes to be outside, and enjoys sarcasm. They are looking for a nanny who will enjoy being outside with the boys and has an engaging caregiving style. The schedule of this position is rotating and repeats every 3 weeks (more details about this below). This is a part-time position requiring a 6 month commitment, with expected renewals for up to 5 years.
The main responsibilities of this position will be the care of the children and related duties, as outlined below. Teaching the children mutual respect and personal responsibility are important to this family, and are therefore required personal values to be considered for this position.

About the Nanny Job
- Schedule: Part Time, 22 hours/week. This will be a 2 Days/Week position, on a schedule rotation. The rotation repeats every 3 weeks. This is to align with Dad’s work schedule, as he works every 3rd day. The schedule rotation is as follows:
- Week 1: Monday & Thursday 7am-6pm
- Week 2: Tuesday & Friday 7am-6pm
- Week 3: Wednesday & Flex Day (or PTO) 7am-6pm
- Pay Rate: $20-25+/hour, depending on experience and education. W-2 Employment position with legal payroll and tax withholdings

- Experience & Education Requirements:
- 2+ Years of professional childcare experience required.
- At least 6 months of experience with infants (under 12 months old) is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with high energy children required
- Ideal Nanny Qualities:
- Active, enjoys being outdoors, engaging, high stamina, activity focused and engaged, proactive, willing to be firm on and enforce established house rules.

- Level of Activity:
- Regular outdoor activities are expected in nice weather. Visits to play places, parks, the community splash pad, etc. are to be regular occurrences. High level of activity to engage and interact with 1-3 boys throughout the day. The home has three levels with many stairs.
