With my history and experience in the nanny industry, I saw a need for a cohesive nanny community and professional nanny placement services in Northwest Indiana. I’m here to fill this need!

My service guides and supports families while simultaneously seeks out, screens, and hand selects nanny candidates to make a lasting match.

my story

My start in the nanny industry was as a nanny in Colorado. At first I found jobs through online caregiver sites, but it was incredibly scary to go to strangers’ homes to interview. Once I connected with a nanny agency in Denver, it opened my eyes to the world of professional career nannies!

Later, after moving to Indiana in 2014, I searched for a nanny agency to work for, but found none. At that time, I started and ran an agency to fill the void. That agency, called Valpo Nannies (named after my town of Valparaiso), operated for over 3 years before I made the difficult decision to close for personal reasons. While taking a few years off to work in a different industry, I kept feeling lead back, and I’m so happy to be here serving nannies & families again!

Through Northwest Indiana Nannies, I am building a nanny community rich with support, resources, ideas, and camaraderie! This not only benefits nannies, but also families. Through my experience as a nanny, my education (Bachelor Degree of Applied Social Sciences from Colorado State University), my extensive leadership training and experiences, and my detailed & intuitive approach, I am uniquely qualified to understand families and nannies, and match them together for long-lasting working relationships.
