Long-Term Full-Time Nanny Needed
$20-25/hour, M-Th 7:30am-3:30pm & F 8am-12pm. 2 Weeks PTO and Guaranteed Hours are offered.
As education focused parents, they are seeking to hire an active, caring, and education focused Full-Time Nanny for their 2 daughters. This family lives in Dyer, Indiana. This is a long-term and full-time position requiring a 12 month commitment, with opportunity for renewal.
The main responsibilities of this position will be child related, with the care of the children. An understanding of developmental & educational milestones for children ages 0-5 is required, and experience in a classroom or preschool setting is a bonus. An educational focus and active & engaged caregiving style are important to this family and are therefore required personal values to be considered for this position.
Position to start in February 2026.
About the Nanny Job
- Schedule: Full Time, 35 hours/week
- Monday-Thursday, 7:30-3:30
- Friday, 8am-12pm (half-days)
- Salary Rate: $20-25/hour depending on education level and and nannying/teaching experience

- Experience & Education Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional childcare experience required.
- Teaching experience (classroom, preschool, or daycare setting) is a plus.
- Only non-smoking candidates will be considered.
- Up-to-date vaccinations are preferred.
- High School Education or equivalent is required.
- Early Childhood Education or training is a plus.

- Level of Activity:
- Being able to keep up with the baby as she begins moving more is important. Both children are used to regular outside play time and being very active. Taking them for walks and outdoor activities (such as park visits) are required.
