Full-Time Nanny Needed for 4 Month Old
$20-24/hour, FT 42.5 hours/week, M-F 8:30am-5pm. First time parents seeking to hire a routine oriented, parenting experienced, Full-Time Nanny for their 4 month old son. Ideally, this position will be long term with the expectation that the nanny will stay on for a few years.
The main responsibilities of this position will be the care of the child and related duties, as outlined below. Direct and open communication and punctuality are important to this family and are therefore required personal values to be considered for this position.
Position to start in April 2024. 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 5 Paid Sick Days, and Guaranteed Hours are offered.
About the Nanny Job
- Schedule: FT 42.5 hours/week, M-F 8:30am-5pm
- Hourly Rate: $20-24/hour

- Experience Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience with infants (under 12 months old) is required
- Experience parenting and raising own child(ren) is preferred

- A little “Type A”, like to keep busy, career focused, homebodies on the weekends, enjoy dancing, eating at restaurants
- Ideal Family/Nanny Relationship:
- At the beginning, it will work best for us if our nanny is mindful of our home rules and routines and comes to us for guidance as we are learning how to work together. Over time we expect things to become more relaxed as we develop a trusting relationship.
