Full-Time Infant Nanny Needed
$18-21/hour, 32 hours/week, Mon-Thur.
Both parents work from home (WFH) in dedicated offices, but Mom is hybrid and goes to Chicago 2 days/week. While they may be present in the house, their work can be demanding with meetings and time sensitive tasks, so they are looking for a nanny who is adaptable to tag-team some days and to take full charge of the baby’s care on others. This position will be long term (1-3 years) with the possibility of extension if/when the family has another child. The position will have a 1 year Work Agreement with expected renewals.
The main responsibilities of this position will be the care of the child and related duties, as outlined below. An engaging and relaxed caregiving style and initiative are important to this family and are therefore required personal values to be considered for this position.
Ideal start date: June 22, 2026 -to provide an overlapped schedule for Mom’s last week of maternity leave.
About the Nanny Job
- Schedule: 4 Days/Week, 32 hours/week. Some schedule flexibility is desired as things may change or adjust over time.
- Monday 9am-4pm
- Tuesday 9am-4pm
- Wednesday 8am-5pm
- Thursday 8am-5pm
- Hourly Rate: $18-21/hour, based on years of experience & qualifications. W-2 Employment position with legal payroll and tax withholdings

- Experience & Education Requirements:
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- 2+ Years of professional childcare experience required.
- 6+ months of professional infant (under 12 months old) experience.
