Traveling dad and WFH mom seeking 3 days/week Nanny in Lowell for 1 y/o & Newborn!
Part Time Nanny Needed for 13 Month Old & Newborn Baby
$18-22/hour. 3 Days per Week. W/Th/F 8am-4pm -OR- Th/F/Sa 8am-4pm.
Easy-going family seeking an early childhood experienced nanny for their 2 boys, 13 m/o & newborn. This position will be a 6 month commitment with the opportunity for continued renewals. Ideal candidates have experience working with multiple children under the age of 2 and have knowledge and experience with early childhood developmental milestones. Trustworthiness and straightforward open communication are important to this family and are therefore required personal values to be considered for this position. An Australian Shepard mix dog lives with this family as well.
The main responsibility of this position will be to care for the children. No household related duties or driving will be expected for now. Start date is mid October. Legal pay, 1 week of PTO per 6 month work agreement.
About the Nanny Job
- Hourly Rate: $18-22, depending on experience with early childhood developmental milestones and multiple children under the age of 2.
- Schedule: 3 Days per Week. W/Th/F 8am-4pm -OR- Th/F/Sa 8am-4pm
- Start Date: Mid October 2023
- Family Mood: Relaxed, Tidy, Home-bodies who enjoy spending time together doing things like reading, going on walks, trips to the grocery store, and having meals together.
- House Mood: Newly built home on a wooded lot, peaceful place to be yourself.
- Ideal Nanny Qualities: Trustworthy, hands-on, gentle & patient.
- Special Experience Requirements: Experience with and understanding of early childhood developmental milestones required. Experience with multiple children under the age of 2 is a bonus!
- Children: 13 m/o boy and newborn boy
- Special Requirements: none
- Pets: Australian Shepherd mix, friendly and gentle male dog.
- House Management: None expected at this time, but this position could incorporate house management responsibilities in the future if it works for all parties. Additional compensation will be evaluated if and when house management tasks are discussed.
- Level of Activity: Light activity level, being able to keep up with 13 m/o as he begins walking/running. Frequent walks with the stroller.
- Additional Benefits: Legal Pay, 1 week (3 days) PTO per 6 month work agreement.
