When To Use ‘Nannies By Appointment’
Once registered, you’ll be able to book nannies by appointment for your occasional, date night, temporary, or very part-time (less than 20 hours per week) needs.
- Get some help once per week so you can focus on getting some stuff done.
- Schedule a date night for you and your spouse every other week!
- Schedule coverage for when your regular nanny takes time off.
- Perfect for part-time nanny needs (1-3 days per week or less than 20 hours).
- Event childcare is also available!
How ‘Nannies By Appointment’ Works
Upon selecting and paying for your service package (packages outlined below), you will receive the correlated number of booking credits.
- Schedule your shifts by notifying NWI Nannies via email, text, phone call, or by logging into the Nannies By Appointment portal. Scheduling a nanny for a shift will use a booking credit.
- Once a nanny has been assigned to your shift, you will receive text and email confirmation with introductory details on the assigned nanny!
- On the day of your shift, the assigned nanny will arrive and provide the scheduled childcare.
- At the end of the shift, you will be responsible for compensating the nanny for their time. Hourly rates for nannies in the ‘Nannies By Appointment’ service start at $20. Special factors -such as more than 3 children, holiday bookings, and overtime hours- will increase the hourly rate due to the nanny.
Pricing & Packages
Childcare can be booked as needed via a Daily Nanny Booking. Families in need of care for more than one shift can take advantage of our service packages, which reduce the booking rates!
