3 Days/Week Nanny Needed for Infant
$20-23/hour, PT 30 hours/week, M/Tu/Th 7:30am-5:30pm. First time parents looking for a long-term nanny, with a nurturing and encouraging caregiving style, for their newborn baby girl.
The main responsibilities of this position will be the care of the child and related duties. There is 1 large and docile dog in the home. At least 6 months of experience with infants is required to apply. A gentle demeanor and an engaging caregiving style are important to this family and are therefore required personal values to be considered for this position. Being first-time parents, they are looking for a parenting experienced nanny who has raised their own child(ren).
This is a long-term position, with a 6 month Work Agreement, and expected renewals. Position to start in September 2024. PTO and Guaranteed Hours are offered.
About the Nanny Job
- Schedule: PT 30 hours/week, M/Tu/Th 7:30am-5:30pm
- Hourly Rate: $20-23/hour. W-2 Employment position with legal payroll and tax withholdings

- 2+ years of professional childcare experience
- 10+ Years of personal parenting experience -raised your own child(ren)
- Family Personality:
- Structured and routine driven home-bodies who enjoy spending quality time together. Both parents work from home (WFH) in dedicated offices.
- Ideal Family/Nanny Relationship:
- We are looking for a childcare partner to assist us in raising our child with our preferred parenting style and methods. As first time parents, we understand there are things we don’t know yet, so we are open to nanny feedback and suggestions. We would like the nanny to involve us in our child’s developments and milestones as she grows.
- Ideal Nanny Qualities:
- Parenting experienced/raised your own child(ren), gentle and soft touch & demeanor, flexible, respect for privacy, high initiative, engaging and creative caregiving style, nurturing and warm, encouraging and understanding of developmental milestones.
