Align with our Core Values
Live within 30 minute commute to Lake, Porter, LaPorte, or Northern Newton & Jasper Counties, Indiana
Have 2+ years verifiable childcare experience
Pass a background check
Have 3 positive references
Possess a valid driver’s license & car insurance
Have valid & current 1st Aid and CPR certifications
Have earned a High School diploma or equivalent education level at minimum
Completion of NWI Nannies Professional Development & Onboarding Training program

Apply through our online Nanny Application Form to get started!

STEP 2 — Phone meeting

To get a feel for your personality, professionalism, and to check that you align with our core values.

STEP 3 — Interview & Screening

This will be when we learn more about you so that we can help you find an aligned family. It’s also your opportunity to show us who you are!

STEP 4 — On-Boarding

Once approved, you’ll complete the NWI Nannies On-Boarding Training and you’ll be welcomed into the NWI Nannies Community!

STEP 5 — Interview with families

We’ll share available positions with you and guide you through the interviewing process with any families interested in hiring you.

STEP 6 — support

We are always here for you! Our community comes with full support and resources, including a private Facebook group and opportunities for continued learning.
